FLIPS OF RESIDENTIAL AND VACANT PROPERTIES WITHIN 0 - 6 MONTHS - This map identifies property flips that occur in the City of Buffalo between 0-6 months following the purchase date. It represents property flips for the entire city and by Council District. A "flip" is defined as a sale of property by a private individual or entity to a private individual or entity with 6 months of acquisition for profit. The evaluation is based on data from the City of Buffalo Real Estate Transactions between January, 2003 to March, 2006.

FLIPS OF RESIDENTIAL AND VACANT PROPERTIES WITHIN 6 - 12 MONTHS - This map identifies property flips that occur in the City of Buffalo between 6-12 months following the purchase date. It represents property flips for the entire city and by Council District. A "flip" is defined as a sale of property by a private individual or entity to a private individual or entity with 6 months of acquisition for profit. The evaluation is based on data from the City of Buffalo Real Estate Transactions between January, 2003 to March, 2006.

ORIGINATION OF FLIPS OF RESIDENTIAL AND VACANT PROPERTIES WITHIN 0 - 12 MONTHS - This map identifies the origination flipped properties. Origination is the source from which the property was purchased just prior to being flipped (property sold within 12 months of acquisition from a private individual or entity to a private individual or entity for profit). The evaluation is based on data from the City of Buffalo Real Estate Transactions between January, 2003 to March, 2006.
